â ī¸ Exception â Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged item or one that is not as described, you are entitled to file a complaint.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment, including a photo of the damage and your order number.
If the complaint is approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
